Good morning! Are you a coffee lover yourself? We do certainly enjoy our caffeine in the morning. It was once thought that coffee is bad for our health however there is more and more evidence emerging from studies that proof the health benefits of coffee!
I will list some of those for you:
1) Less people with bad mood! 2) Researchers at UCLA found a correlation between coffee and resistance to type 2 diabetes (the bad one) 3) Another US studies showed that increased coffee consumption lowered the risk of parkinson disease! 4) Coffee is very good for your liver! If you do occasionally drink too much alcohol make sure to get your cup of coffee regularly. 5) Coffee can help you burn fat, increase your energy levels and make you smarter!
There are so many facts online that you can read up on thanks to Mr. Google! And no we did not get any money from the coffee bean industry for this post tongue emoticon
With our coffee we like to enjoy our self-made snacks! This is a dark chocolate, homemade peanut butter and rolled granola cookie. It is to die for! For those of you that participated in this weeks meal plan you would have had the chance to enjoy this one with your Monday meal.
